West Ham United have reportedly decided to recall Reece Oxford from his loan spell with Borussia Monchengladbach.
During the summer transfer window, the Hammers agreed to allow the 18-year-old to spend a year in the Bundesliga with a team who are expected to challenge for the European places come the end of the season.
However, while Oxford has been an unused substitute during league matches, the teenager is yet to receive any game-time with the German outfit.
According to Sky Sports News, that has resulted in Slaven Bilic and the East London outfit putting the wheels in motion to sort an early return, which may come in December.
Oxford has not represented West Ham since August 2016, while the youngster ended the most recent campaign on loan at Reading.
