West Ham United have reportedly made a £12m offer for Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.
The 24-year-old came close to joining Liverpool last January, but the move broke down at the vital moment.
Since then, Manchester United have been linked with the Ukraine international, who is widely expected to leave his current club this summer.
According to Sky Sports News, West Ham have now joined the race, with the Hammers submitting an official £12m bid for the attacker.
Konoplyanka has scored eight times in 36 games for his country.
