West Ham United are reportedly in talks over a £10m move for highly-rated Le Havre defender Harold Moukoudi.
The 20-year-old is in high demand and of interest to other English clubs such as Burnley, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Hove Albion and Derby County.
According to the Daily Mail, manager Manuel Pellegrini will need to offload a player first in order to bring the former France U18 international to the London Stadium after their heavy spending spree this summer.
The newspaper also suggests that West Ham remain in talks over the possible sale of Pedro Obiang, who has told Pellegrini he wants to return to Sampdoria.
The Hammers are said to be leading the race to sign Moukoudi after the bid was accepted and may also consider offers for Angelo Ogbonna and fan-favourite Winston Reid to fund the move.
