Western Sydney Wanderers have closed the gap on A-League leaders Brisbane Roar to five points by securing a 1-0 win at Newcastle Jets.
The Wanderers bossed the contest at Hunter Stadium, registering 15 shots, compared to Newcastle's six.
Despite the visitors' dominance, Mark Bridge's first-half header was the game's only goal.
Bridge looped a well-placed effort over goalkeeper Mark Birighitti from inside the six-yard box following Labinot Haliti's cross on 33 minutes.
The results brings an end to Newcastle's unbeaten home record, which lasted four games this season.
