FA Cup holders Wigan Athletic will face a third-round replay against MK Dons after a pulsating 3-3 draw with the League One side at the DW Stadium.
Wigan dominated the opening proceedings as James McClean flashed an effort wide in the sixth minute before James McCarthur saw his shot fly over the bar just a minute later.
MK Dons forged a couple of chances for themselves, though, as Samir Carruthers and Ben Reeves went close, but Wigan soon took the lead.
In the 18th minute, Roger Espinoza took one touch out of his feet before firing a powerful shot into the top corner to give the FA Cup holders a 1-0 lead.
Nine minutes later, Jordi Gomez made it two when he danced his way into the box and beat David Martin at his near post with a low drive.
However, Reeves reduced the deficit with a left-footed, curling effort on the stroke of half time, and just 60 seconds later the 22-year-old midfielder reacted quickest to smash home from Patrick Bamford's cutback from the byline.
Delle Alli almost completed the turnaround after the break when he beat two Wigan defenders, but Ali Al-Habsi stood tall to thwart the striker.
MK Dons substitute George Baldock was bundled over by McClean after the hour mark, but Shaun Williams saw his penalty saved by the Omani goalkeeper, and five minutes later Wigan restored their lead.
Espinoza floated a ball over the opposition defence and Callum McManaman kept his composure to slot the ball beyond the reach of Martin.
The Honduran winger then teed up substitute Marc Antoine Fortune, but the striker dragged well wide when one-on-one with 15 minutes remaining.
The miss proved costly as Bamford pounced following a goalmouth scramble to net his 17th goal of the season for the visitors to force a replay.
