Saturday's Premier League fixture between Brentford and Wolverhampton Wanderers was delayed during the first half due to the presence of a drone.
Shortly after the midway point of the opening period, the device appeared above the Brentford Community Stadium with play initially continuing.
However, once it began to circle, referee Peter Bankes took the decision to halt play, eventually advising both sets of players to leave the pitch.
The two teams were off the field for approximately 16 minutes, the delay coming shortly after there had been a six-minute stoppage for a clash of heads.
Once the players had gone through a quick warm-up, the fourth official signalled that there would be 19 minutes of added-on time.
