Yeovil Town have signed Simon Gillett on a free transfer after the midfielder was released by Nottingham Forest.
The 28-year-old has penned a two-year deal following a successful trial at Huish Park during pre-season.
Gillett enjoyed a loan spell at Bristol City last season, making 23 appearances for the club and scoring twice.
The former Doncaster Rovers player began his career at Southampton, where he made over 30 appearances before being shipped out on loan to no fewer than six clubs.
Glovers manager Gary Johnson was keen to get the deal over the line after the move had reportedly collapsed.
