Paul Di Resta has claimed that this season could be a make or break year if he is to fulfil his future aspirations.
Many are predicting great futures for Di Resta and his Force India teammate Nico Hulkenberg, but the 25-year-old admits that he is concentrating on his own career.
Di Resta said: "Potentially it could be make or break. I don't see why not. At the end of the year it depends on what the opportunities are.
"The main thing is focusing on your job but you have to be kept on your toes. When I was in DTM I had eight teammates with the same equipment.
"I've dealt with pressure from teammates coming through and it makes you work that little bit harder."
The Scot finished 10th in the season opener in Melbourne last weekend while Hulkenberg was forced to retire from the race after a single lap.
