Fernando Alonso has been airlifted to hospital after crashing during Formula 1 testing in Barcelona.
The accident happened at turn four as the Spaniard was attempting to complete his 21st lap of the day.
McLaren have confirmed that the two-time world champion was 'conscious and speaking' following the incident.
Alonso reportedly crashed his car while travelling at around 150kph.
