Sergio Perez has dismissed speculation linking him with a move to replace Lewis Hamilton behind the wheel at McLaren.
The 22-year-old has registered three podium finishes in just his second season in Forumla 1, prompting talk of a move to a big-name team next year.
Reports have suggested that McLaren have targeted Perez as their contractual wrangle with Hamilton continues.
The 2008 World Champion is believed to be considering a move to Mercedes in a deal that could see him net £60m over three years.
Perez, who came through the Ferrari Driving Academy, said that he is focused on the job at Sauber.
"Regarding the McLaren rumour, there are so many rumours around," said the Mexican. "Before it was Ferrari and now it's with McLaren.
"Always when I have a good race [the media] put me in a different team. The most important thing is to keep doing a good job and to maximise the car's potential we have for the next races."
When asked if McLaren had made contact with him, Perez replied: "No, no."
Perez finished 16th in the F1 drivers' championship last year.
