Lewis Hamilton has said that his car felt "pretty good" during today's practices for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps.
The Briton was second behind Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg this morning before posting the fastest time in the afternoon session.
The 2008 world champion told Sky Sports News: "The car felt pretty good. It's good to be back, I'm sure I'm going to feel something tonight or tomorrow.
"But it's definitely good to get back into the car, it didn't feel so good in the morning but it was better in the afternoon. We still have some work to do."
Qualifying for Sunday's race takes place tomorrow.
