Luke Donald has claimed that there should be more events held in England due to the success of the country's players.
Wentworth's PGA Championship and the British Open are the only two events currently held in England but Donald believes that new tournaments should be scheduled in the future.
The world number two told BBC Radio Five Live: "It would be great to have more in England.
"With myself, Lee [Westwood], Ian Poulter, Justin Rose and others from Britain playing so well, it makes sense to me to push to get another event.
Donald's next visit to England will be to defend his PGA title at Wentworth in May.
