Sweden's Carl Pettersson and Argentina's Angel Cabrera have a share of the clubhouse lead at the Houston Open after play on day one was suspended due to bad weather.
Both players carded rounds of 65 to put them on seven-under-par before lightning put a halt to proceedings.
USA pair Jeff Maggert and Ricky Barnes ended the day one shot behind, while two more Americans, Bud Cauley and Keegan Bradley, were a shot further back.
England's Lee Westwood posted a score of 68 to put him on four-under, with Northern Ireland's Graeme McDowell on two-under following his round of 70.
