Charl Schwartzel has opened up a four-shot lead going into the halfway stage of the Thailand Golf Championship.
The 2011 Masters winner hit a second consecutive 65 to move to 14-under-par overall, four ahead of Daniel Chopra in second place, who hit a second round of 67 in a row.
Japan's Masanori Kobayashi and Thailand's own Thitiphun Chuayprakong sit tied in third place just one shot behind Chopra, but Chuayprakong will complete his second round tomorrow morning after heavy rain meant that he could only manage 15 holes today.
Sergio Garcia and this year's Masters winner Bubba Watson sit level with Australian Scott Hend in sixth place on six-under, while defending champion Lee Westwood is one shot behind them.
