Brendon Todd has admitted that it is a relief to record the first PGA Tour success of his career after winning the Byron Nelson Championship.
The 28-year-old shot a final round of 66 to win the tournament on 14-under, two shots ahead of Mike Weir.
"It feels amazing," Todd told reporters. "It is a monkey off my back. It has been a tough career, with lots of ups and downs."
Weir finished in second place on 12-under, while Charles Howell and Marc Leishman finished in joint-third on 10-under.
