SSP Chawrasia will take a two-shot lead into the final round of the Hero Indian Open on Sunday after carding a four-under-par 68 in the third round in New Delhi.
The 37-year-old recorded four birdies, three of which came consecutively from the sixth hole, to keep him in the running for the European Tour title on 14-under-par.
Chawrasia dislodged Australian Terry Pilkadaris from the top spot, and the 42-year-old sits two shots off the pace following a third-round 73.
Pilkadaris struggled around the front nine as he suffered bogeys on the second and third holes and could muster just two birdies during the round.
Anirban Lahiri and Rashid Khan are the closest challengers as they are both 10-under-par for the tournament.
