Great Britain's Gabby Jupp has admitted that it was "extremely scary" to compete at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Nanning, China after her recent knee injury.

Gabby returned to action earlier this month following a lengthy time on the sidelines after suffering anterior cruciate ligament damage last year.

"It was extremely scary because I haven't competed a lot since coming back from injury, but it felt great to be back on the competition floor with the rest of the team," TringToday quotes Jupp as saying. "It's a dream come true to have competed at a World Championships."

Jupp helped Britain finish sixth in the team event.
