A hoard of fans reportedly flocked to Girona to welcome the majority of the Barcelona players attending teammate Xavi's wedding.
The midfielder married fashion journalist Nuria Cunillera in Marimurta Botanical Gardens before celebrating their nuptials at a 15th Century monastery.
Before the wedding, the likes of Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta and former Barcelona striker David Villa were welcomed by a number of screaming fans, according to the Daily Mail.
Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina, who has been linked with a return to Camp Nou, was also in attendance.
