Birmingham City defender Curtis Davies has revealed that he always watches "silly" TV shows during the late-night hours.
The 27-year-old has described himself as a "night owl", especially when the Blues compete in an evening fixture.
"I'm a night owl, which is just as well because after night games I won't go to sleep until about two in the morning," Davies told the Daily Mail. "Even when I'm not playing I'm rarely in bed before midnight.
"I go to bed when I'm tired. I don't like going to bed and rolling around trying to get to sleep. My natural routine is to flick on the TV, mess around with my iPad, and watch something silly on BBC or Dave like Russell Howard's Good News or Mock The Week, something I've watched a million times before basically."
Meanwhile, the Blues are currently five points away from the relegation zone in the Championship table.
