Cardiff City forward Peter Odemwingie has revealed that he sang a song by Enrique Iglesias as part of his initiation.
Singing appears to be a tradition for footballers when they arrive at a new club, and it was no different for Odemwingie, who left West Bromwich Albion for Cardiff in the summer.
"On our first away trip I sang Enrique Iglesias for the boys as it is tradition to do a song," Odemwingie told the Daily Mail. "I think I only managed about 30 seconds but Nicky [Maynard] still did a paparazzi job and got it on video."
Odemwingie made the move to Wales months after he failed to orchestrate a January switch to now-Championship club Queens Park Rangers.
