Peter Crouch has encouraged a Twitter user to keep his promise of getting a tattoo of the Stoke City striker following the Potters' win over Chelsea in the Capital One Cup.
Prior to the fourth-round match, @Smiggy tweeted that he would get a tattoo of Crouch on his backside if Stoke defeated Chelsea at the Britannia.
Unfortunately for the fan, Mark Hughes's side did just that by winning a penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw in normal time.
The fan tweeted: "If Chelsea lose against stoke today I'll get a tattoo of Peter Crouch's face on my arse when I'm 17."
Crouch, who was an unused substitute in the game, tracked down the Twitter user and messaged: "when's your birthday my friend."
Stoke sealed their place in the final eight when Jack Butland saved Eden Hazard's penalty.
