Manchester United assistant manager Ryan Giggs has revealed that he hopes to eventually expand new venture Hotel Football globally.
The Welshman and his former teammate Gary Neville have joined together to create the venue, which is situated adjacent to United's home ground of Old Trafford.
Despite the hotel, which has a rooftop pitch, being so closely associated with the Red Devils, Giggs believes that the venue is a "celebration of football in general".
"It's been four or five years in the making so it's nice to experience it and see it finally coming to fruition," the Manchester Evening News quotes Giggs as saying.
"Obviously here it's right in the shadow of Old Trafford, but Hotel Football is something we hope to take around the UK and eventually around the world, so it's more a celebration of football in general."
The hotel will open its doors on March 2.
