The staff at Formula 1 team Mercedes will reportedly be handed a bonus of at least £10,000 each after winning the constructors' championship.
The team clinched the title for the first time last Sunday when driver Lewis Hamilton won the Russian Grand Prix, with his teammate Nico Rosberg finishing second.
According to the Daily Mail, each of the team's 700 staff members are expected to receive a £10,000 bonus, while some of the workers could be paid even more for their F1 success.
Hamilton is currently 17 points ahead of teammate Rosberg in the drivers' rankings with three races left to go.
