Tony Bellew has reportedly signed up to star in Rocky spin-off film Creed following his triumph over rival Nathan Cleverly in Saturday night's rematch.
The Liverpudlian is expected to be part of the cast in the movie, which will follows the boxing career of Apollo Creed's grandson Adonis.
According to the Daily Mail, Bellew is expected to play Creed's opponent named Pretty Ricky Porter, while unbeaten super-middleweight world champion Andre Ward will also feature.
The film, which will be shot in Las Vegas and Philadelphia, will also welcome Sylvester Stallone back to the screen as Rocky Balboa, who will train Creed.
"I'm going to Hollywood on December 4 for an assignment," Bellew is quoted as saying. "I've been sought-after for a long time. I hope it's a speaking part because no-one wants to look at this face if I'm not talking. My life's going to change.
"I can't go into the details but let's just say it's big. It will be 40-odd days of filming, I just hope I can do it."
The news comes after Bellew secured victory by split decision over Cleverly at Liverpool's Echo Arena last weekend.
