Robbie Savage's seven-year-old son reveals that the former footballer is addicted to hairspray.

Former professional footballer Robbie Savage has become addicted to hairspray since his playing days came to an end, according to his son Freddie.

The seven-year-old revealed his father's secret during an episode of ITV's Big Star's Little Star, where celebrities attempt to win money for charity with their children.

Freddie said: "Dad can't live without hairspray. He uses more than half a bottle a day."

The youngster also revealed that Savage, who now works as a football pundit, was once mistaken for Virgin entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson.
