Torquay United's preparations for this afternoon's League Two clash at Portsmouth were rocked by a flood at the hotel where they were staying last night.
The players and coaching staff awoke to a partially collapsed roof and water seeping through the building at 2am.
After spending three hours wandering around the lobby in their pyjamas, the party were eventually relocated to a different hotel at 5am.
Torquay have not beaten Pompey since 1979 and the Gulls have only scored one goal in their last four meetings with the South Coast club.
