West Ham United striker Andy Carroll appears to be making the most of his time off by posting a number of holiday photos with his girlfriend Billi Mucklow.
The former Liverpool forward, who is on England's standby list for the World Cup in Brazil, jetted to the Middle East last week following the close of the season.

One particular image shows Carroll doing a bizarre pose while sunbathing, which prompted his girlfriend to post the message: "Wish my boyfriend would just sunbathe like a normal person...."
