Speedway rider Lewis Kerr has said that he plans to continue racing, despite being involved in a serious collision while competing for Newcastle Diamonds at King's Lynn last month.
Kerr collided with an opposition rider and the fence surrounding the track, causing him to be placed into an induced coma.
"I will be back next season," he told BBC Look North.
"I look forward to getting back fit and training again. I wouldn't want to be doing anything else, it was a freak accident."
Kerr, 25, plans on making a return to speedway in 2016.
