Castleford Tigers prop Will Maher has signed a new four-year deal with the Super League club.
The 19-year-old has made five appearances for the Tigers this season after being handed his debut last term.
"It was something I've been wanting to do for a while now. It's the club I want to be at," he told BBC Sport. "I just want to keep improving. I know I still have a lot of work to do so I can't get ahead of myself."
Castleford currently sit in fifth place in the Super League table. They recorded their ninth win of the campaign on Friday with a 30-22 triumph over Hull Kingston Rovers.
