Catalans Dragons launched a fine second-half comeback to beat Bradford Bulls 30-10 in the Super League this afternoon.
First blood went to the visitors in the opening half as Elliot Kear made the most of a Catalans error inside their own area of the pitch to touch down. Jamie Foster added the conversion to make it 6-0 to Bradford.
Bradford extended this lead to 10-0 when John Bateman powered over the line from 10 metres out, although Foster could not add the two points on this occasion.
The Dragons got themselves back into the match five minutes before the break when Julien Bousquet drove over to touch down from five yards. Thomas Busc added the conversion to move Catalans back to within a try.
The hosts drew back level 10 minutes into the second half when former Warrington man Louis Anderson went over to make it 10-10.
The Dragons were ahead for the first time in the match just a minute later as they struck twice in as many minutes. This time it was debutant Morgan Escare who touched down, and Bosc added the conversion to make it 16-10.
Catalans moved further ahead just after the hour mark when the video referee awarded Daryl Millard the try despite Elliot Whitehead's attempts to hold him up.
The game was well and truly put to bed when Zeb Taia went over 15 minutes from time, while former Bradford player Leon Pryce added the icing to Catalans' cake by completing the scoring late on.
