England defeated Wales 80-12 at The Racecourse to knock them out of the Rugby League Autumn Internationals this afternoon.
Ryan Hall gave England the lead with a try after nine minutes, before Josh Charnley doubled the score on 16 minutes.
Three minutes later, Zak Hardaker grabbed a debut try for England, which was followed by a goal from Kevin Sinfield.
Kallum Watkins also helped himself to a try on his debut as England began to exert their dominance. Hardaker then scored a second try on 32 minutes.
Christian Roets's try after 40 minutes brought Wales back into the game and Matt Seamark added two points with a goal just before half-time.
After the break, Wales scored an early try through Danny Fleming, though England began to dominate once again with second tries from Hall and Charnley, as well as Gareth Ellis's first.
Rob Burrow added another try on 60 minutes, before Charnley added another two tries.
Jamie Jones-Buchanan also scored a try in between two Leroy Cudjoe tries.
The final whistle blew with the score at 80-12.
