The Perpignan outfit, who were aided by two tries from Steve Menzies, won 32-24 at New Craven Park.
Zeb Taia, Jason Baitieri, Jamal Fakir and Brent Webb also touched down for Catalans.
Michael Dobson, Josh Hodgson, Omari Caro and Lincoln Withers replied for Rovers.
