Hull FC head coach Peter Gentle has praised his side's battling performance during Sunday's 28-8 victory over Catalans Dragons in the Super League.
The hosts ran in five tries at the KC Stadium to move themselves up to ninth place in the table.
"This type of result has been coming because we've been working hard in training," Gentle told Sky Sports News.
"We wanted to dictate the tempo of the second half and I think we came out and did that.
"It was a battle in the first half and there wasn't a lot in it. Somebody had to step up and dictate the game and I thought we did that well in the second half."
Hull return to action on Saturday when they travel to Salford City Reds.
