St Helens coach Keiron Cunningham has been fined for comments he made about the referee's performance during his side's loss to Catalans Dragons in the Super League.
The defending champions were beaten 33-26 in Perpignan earlier this month, resulting in the coach publicly criticising James Child for handing the home side more penalties and stopping the game too often.
As a result of the remarks, the Rugby Football League has handed Cunningham a £500 fine, half of which is suspended until the end of the season.
The Saints boss has also been warned about his future conduct, and has 14 days to appeal against the decision.
