St Helens have confirmed that wing Tommy Makinson has signed a four-year contract extension with the Super League club.
The 23-year-old's new deal is due to keep him at Langtree Park until 2018.
Makinson has scored 69 tries in 104 games for the Saints since 2011.
"I've already had a great four seasons with the first team at my boyhood club," he told the team's official website. "It's a thrill to know that I'll now be part of it for the foreseeable future.
"We have a great and young squad who know each other well and who'll be doing everything to keep the club at the top. It's a great time to be at St Helens."
St Helens are back in action on Sunday when they face South Sydney Rabbitohs in the World Club Challenge.
