A strong final 20 minutes from Widnes Vikings helped them take a 38-22 win over Warrington Wolves in the Super League this afternoon.
A close opening spell saw tries from Patrick Ah Van and Chris Riley, but Rhys Hanbury added a second for Vikings just before half time to edge to home side ahead at the break.
Warrington fought back after the restart, setting up Rhys Evans to level the scores, before Richard Myler found the try line to put Wolves in front.
However, Widnes dominated the final part of the game, with tries from Hanbury, Lloyd White and a brace from Paddy Flynn helping the hosts to a commanding lead in the closing minutes.
The result moves Widnes up to ninth in the Super League table.
