Wigan Warriors head coach Shaun Wane has said that his team must improve despite their 24-16 Super League victory over Huddersfield Giants last night.
The victory was Wigan's first win of the season, following a 22-22 draw with Widnes last week.
"I've very mixed emotions. I've just killed the song in there," Wane told Sky Sports News.
"I'm happy with the two points but disappointed with the performance. We have certain standards so the disruption didn't concern me. I expect players to come in and do certain things but they didn't do them.
"We still expected a better performance than what we got and we're going to have improve a lot next week. We played well in patches but we've just not found that consistency yet. We created some chances but we need to be better. I'm sick of saying that."
Wigan start their World Club Series campaign next week when they play against Brisbane Broncos.
