Wigan Warriors coach Shaun Wane has praised Josh Charnley for his part in the team's 58-6 thrashing of London Broncos in Super League.
The England international scored a hat-trick of tries on Saturday as the Warriors earned an emphatic victory at the Hive Stadium.
The win has seen Wigan close the gap on leaders St Helens to two points.
"To have scored so many tries in such a short space of time shows you just what a talent Josh is," Wane is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "To be honest though, it was his defensive work at the other end of the pitch that probably pleased me most today.
"I thought we dominated the middle of the park for the full 80 minutes and went about our business in a very professional manner.
"Obviously I would have liked to have kept London scoreless, but I am happy with the number of points that we scored."
Wigan return to Super League action next Saturday when they make the trip to Catalans Dragons.
