Wigan Warriors ran out 25-4 winners against Salford Red Devils in the Super League this evening.
The Warriors recorded their sixth successive victory against their North-West neighbours, but in a slow first half it took them until a minute before the interval to make the breakthrough.
John Bateman went over the line, before Sam Powell added a second try five minutes after the break, with Matty Smith converting on both occasions.
Joe Burgess then added a couple of tries on 53 and 73 minutes before Francis Meli scored a consolation with a minute remaining.
