Italy can make it four wins from five matches on Saturday when they welcome Australia to the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence.
Despite slumping to a disappointing defeat to France two weeks ago, the Wallabies will be keen to build on their victory over England at Twickenham last Saturday.
The home side have made two changes to their starting lineup as Quintin Geldenhuys and Robert Barbieri come in for Antonio Pavanello and Simone Favaro.
Brett Sheehan will make his first start for Australia, while Drew Mitchell, Scott Higginbotham and Stephen Moore are also given the nod by coach Robbie Deans.
