Bath have agreed a deal to sign Newport Gwent Dragons scrum-half Jonathan Evans for next season.
The Welshman, 22, was the youngest player to represent the Dragons when he made his debut as a 17-year-old.
Evans has played for his country at Under-20 level, but he is yet to break into the senior side.
"He brings a spark to the game and he's very much at an exciting stage of his career. He's joining a club that has a fantastic forward pack and he'll thrive on playing off such a strong platform," Bath coach Darren Edwards is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
Bath are back in action on Saturday when they travel to Exeter Chiefs in the Aviva Premiership.
