Australia captain James Horwill has been cleared of stamping on Alun Wyn Jones during his nation's first Test loss to the British and Irish Lions yesterday afternoon.
The 28-year-old was cited earlier today for an alleged deliberate stamp on the head of the Lions lock.
Reports since then had indicated that the skipper would miss the remaining matches of the series.
However, following the conclusion of this afternoon's judicial hearing, it was confirmed that there was not enough evidence to suggest that Horwill had acted with any malice.
As a result, he is now free to play in the next clash at the weekend.
