Castres secured a narrow 15-9 win over Ospreys in the Heineken Cup this evening, with both sides relying on kicks for their points.
Dan Biggar and Rory Kockott both split the uprights twice in the opening 40 minutes, leaving the sides level at half time.
Kockott opened up a lead for the home side with the boot, before his counterpart brought Ospreys within three points of their score.
Castres had to defend ruthlessly in the final moments of the game as the Welsh side pushed for a potentially match-winning try, resulting in two of the home side's players being sent to the sin bin, but they were able to hold on.
The result leaves Ospreys bottom in their pool, having lost all three of their games in this campaign.
