England captain Chris Robshaw has been told that he should be fit in time for the start of the Six Nations in February.
There had been fears that the 28-year-old would be absent from the six-team tournament after reports emerged that he would require surgery on a shoulder problem.
However, it has since been revealed that the injury doesn't require an operation and that the Harlequins player could be fully fit by the middle of January.
England kick off their Six Nations campaign with a trip to the Millennium Stadium to face Wales on February 6.
