England prop Mako Vunipola has been ruled out of Saturday's clash against New Zealand with a knee injury.
The 22-year-old played in his team's victory over Australia at the start of the month but was forced to miss Saturday's win against Argentina with a ligament strain.
Joe Marler is also said to be a doubt for the match at Twickenham Stadium due to concussion.
England coach Stuart Lancaster is expected to name his squad for the final Autumn International on Thursday.
