Tom Youngs has said that England teammate Jonny May has the "X-factor" after he scored the opening try in England's win over Ireland ahead of the Rugby World Cup.
The Gloucester winger ran over early on in the 21-13 win at Twickenham on Saturday, and could have had a second but for a forward pass in the build-up.
The hooker told Sky Sports News: "He's a good bloke and was outstanding against Ireland. He has trained superbly well, he's been the standout guy in training.
"He did some freakish stuff against Ireland, stepping people and going through them. Only Jonny can do that. He can produce something out of nothing, there is that X-factor about him."
May has made 16 appearances for England since making his debut in 2013.
