England head coach Stuart Lancaster has made three changes to his side for this weekend's Six Nations clash against France at Twickenham.

The Red Rose will line up with Manu Tuilagi, who has proved his fitness after playing for Leicester, and will replace Billy Twelvetrees, who drops to the bench.

Dylan Hartley has been chosen ahead of Tom Youngs, while Courtney Lawes will be installed in the back row in place of James Haskell, who is suffering from an illness.

England have won both of their Six Nations fixtures against Scotland and Ireland so far in the campaign.
