Manu Tuilagi and Marland Yarde have been named in the England squad for Sunday's Six Nations encounter with Wales at Twickenham Stadium.
Both players are yet to feature in the tournament due to long-term absences through injury.
Tuilagi recently returned to action for Leicester Tigers after spending the last five months out with a shoulder problem.
Yarde had missed the last 14 weeks with a hip problem before taking to the pitch for London Irish on Saturday.
England head into their match with Wales on the back of a 13-10 victory over Ireland on February 22.
