Exeter have recorded a 30-16 victory over a disappointing London Wasps side at Adams Park in the LV Cup.
The opening stages were dominated by kicks from both sides as Wasps' Ryan Davis and Exeter's Gareth Steensonboth scored early penalties.
Exeter started to take control of the match halfway through the first period and Dave Ewers scored the first try of the match with an accurate Steenson converting the following kick.
Myles Dorian extended Exeter's lead with a well-taken try after a Davis penalty had brought Wasps back into the match.
Steenson again scored the following conversion before adding a penalty to his list of successes.
Wasps continued to fail to threaten and Alistair Muldowney came off the bench to score Exeter's fourth try which was also converted by Steenson.
Mike Powell was able to score a consolation try for Wasps in the final minute and William Robinson kicked the conversion in the final phase of the match.
