Exeter Chiefs winger Gonzalo Camacho has handed a three-week suspension for a dangerous tackle on Worcester's Alex Grove.
The ban relates to a tackle during Chiefs' remarkable 31-26 comeback win when the two sides met on April 14 and was handed out by the RFU on Tuesday night.
The panel amended the charge and the player was deemed to be guilty of an illegal pick-up, tip-tackle.
Camacho pleaded guilty to the charge and will be unavailable for the Chiefs until May 16.
He will miss the crucial clash with Saracens at Vicarage Road on May 5, a game that will decide if Chiefs will finish in the top four.
They are currently third in the Aviva Premiership, one point behind Northampton Saints.
